The identity of the Fairview Strangler is finally revealed to us as a lowly
youth named Eddie (Danny's new friend) and he has been interacting with the
women of Wisteria Lane for the past several years. As a boy, he once caught
Gabrielle and Carlos during an intimate moment which set off his voyeur habit of
spying on couples making out. Five years earlier, Bree offered Eddie a job at
her recently opened catering company as well as as some dating advice over his
lack of social skills. Another few years earlier, Susan encouraged the maniac's
passion for painting and artwork. And another few years earlier, Lynette showed
Eddie some kindness and generosity over his troubled childhood over his own
abusive mother.
