t  April, 2008 - Congratulations are in order!  The 12th Annual Prism Awards event was held Thursday night, April 24, at the Beverly Hills Hotel.  The awards event was staged by the nonprofit Entertainment Industries Council in collaboration with the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the FX network.

Jamie was nominated for - and won the award for - Performance in a Comedy Series

t  April, 2008 - We were off-line for a while today, when we switched JamesDenton.com to a new host.  But we're back now!  If you notice any page or photo that fell through the cracks when we shuffled along, please let me know so that I can fix it!

t  April, 2008 - When "Idol Gives Back" airs on April 9 (check your local listings to confirm that date), The Band From TV will be performing!  Since TBFTV usually only performs at Hollywood shindigs and for local charity events this is going to present a rare chance for everyone to be able to see Jamie do his musician thing.  TUNE IN!

t  March, 2008 - Here's some news for all of the people who have been asking me for more information about The Band From TV:

According to an interview with Greg Grunberg from the National Ledger, James Denton and the other members of the Band from TV will be rockin' the house on Fox's second "American Idol Gives Back" special on April 9th.   Later that night, the band will be playing another event, at the Avalon in Hollywood, this one called 'Comedy for a Cure'.  I've heard nothing from Jamie on either of these events, so if you're planning on being there, it's up to you to call first, to make sure that the event is going to take place as planned.

t  March, 2008 - Once again Jamie will be participating in the James Redford Institute's annual "Share the Beat" event.  CLICK HERE to check out the Charity Folks auction, the winner of which  will have the opportunity to take three of their family members or friends with them to have lunch and watch a Flyers baseball game with Jamie.
