July 6, 2010 - Jamie started filming "Kareokeman" today!
It's a film about, you guessed it, karaoke, and people who sing at a karaoke
bar. Jamie plays "Slim", the man who owns the bar in
question. There will be some behind the scenes photos available in the
days to come, which should be fun to see, so keep an eye out for them ...
they'll be listed in the "Filmography" section under, yep again, lol,
"Kareokeman". Also in the film is Brian Dietzen, aka "Mr.
Palmer" from Navy NCIS.

June 22, 2010 - Live in Chicago?
The Band From TV will be appearing in Chicago on June 25th,
June 26th and June 27th,
at Taste of Chicago 2010. Here's all the info I have:
On Friday, June 25th at 8:00pm, Band From TV will kick off their Chicago tour with a 45-minute set on the patio
at Harry Caray?s Tavern, Navy Pier.
Saturday, June 26th, at 5pm on the main stage at the
Taste of Chicago, Location: Grant Park, Petrillo Music Shell, Jackson & Columbus Dr., Chicago, IL 60604;
Time: Concert begins at 5:30 pm. Admission: FREE.
That concert will be followed by a performance to benefit
Epilepsy Chicago at The Vic (tickets available through Ticketmaster http://bit.ly/a1kXLd).
Then, on Sunday, June 27th, the Band From TV will
perform prior to the Cubs v. Sox game at U.S. Cellular Field.

May 14, 2010 - GAC will air “Music City Keep on Playin”- a benefit for Nashville
Flood relief, on Sunday, May 16th from 8pm-11pm. Kimberly Williams Paisley and James Denton will host the
star-studded event. For those of you who live in the area, the show airs live from Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium Sunday (5/16)
at 5pm. Proceeds will benefit The Community Foundation Of Middle Tennessee.

24, 2010 - Saturday, May 22, 2010 has been set as the date
for SEAGLASS THEATRE'S second annual fundraising event, it was announced today
by Kimberly Van Luin, the company's Artistic Director who founded Chicago's
prestigious Griffin Theatre, now in its 22nd year of producing. The event will
be held from 7:00 to 11:00 pm at the DECOR ART GALLERIES located at 12149
Ventura Boulevard, Studio City, CA 91604, and is open to the public.
Dedicated to the SeaGlass mission of "Illuminating the American Experience", the evening will offer
samplings of sumptuous cuisine indigenous to select regions throughout the U.S., complimented by a variety of diversified entertainment.
SeaGlass Board member and longtime co-star James Denton of ABC TV's hit series
DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES and others associated with the popular rock group BAND FROM TV - including actress/singer
Erin O'Brien, CHRIS KELLEY, and MINDY STEIN - will lend their musical

May 11, Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles will rock to the sounds of bands competing in the "Battle of the
Bands" competition staged by the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA). There will also be a special
performance from Band From TV. The event will raise funds for this year's CableCares' beneficiary, "A Place Called Home,"

April 7, 2010 - Julie Bowen (ABC's Modern Family), James Denton (ABC's Desperate Housewives), Marg Helgenberger (CBS' CSI: Crime Scene Investigation) and Carrie Ann Inaba (ABC's Dancing with the Stars) will co-host the Los Angeles EIF Revlon Run/Walk on Saturday, May 8th during Mother's Day weekend. The EIF Revlon Run/Walk event is one of the nation's largest single-day fundraisers to support women's cancer research, counseling and outreach programs in New York City and Los Angeles.
The 17th annual Los Angeles race takes place at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum at Exposition Park and attracts close to 45,000 participants each year. The EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women was launched in 1993 through the combined efforts of Lilly Tartikoff, Ronald O. Perelman, chairman of Revlon, Inc. and EIF.

February 15, 2010 - Reminder about an upcoming event ... we last told you about this in October of
2009, but since that was a long time ago, we're giving it a second shout out

Jamie will be making a very special appearance in Southwest Florida on
Saturday, March 13 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at The Club at Renaissance
located at 12915 Renaissance Way in Fort Myers.
He will be hosting the exclusive benefit at the clubhouse of the upscale
community of Renaissance to help raise awareness and funds for low-income and
indigent women’s cancer care here in Southwest Florida.

Walk Now for Autism Speaks 2010 event will take place April 24,
2010 in Pasadena, at the Rose Bowl. Registration begins at 8 a.m., the opening

Jamie will be participating in the NBA All Star Weekend again, leading up to the
NBA All Star game on Sunday, February 14, 2010. It's in Dallas, Texas this year

December 18, 2009 - And here's something else that you can put on your
calendar for 2010. On January 6, 2010, Jamie and the Band From TV will again be
at the Avalon in Hollywood. The concert will benefit "Help 4
Sofia", the organization that is raising money for Stuart Smith's daughter,
who was born prematurely and has required many thousands of dollars worth of
medical care. Doors open at 7 pm and the concert begins at 8 pm.

the fourth annual Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southwest Florida 5K Run/Walk
on March 13, 2010, in Estero, Florida.
The goal for 2010 is to at least match what was raised this year, which was
$914,000.
